Searching Bookings in PoolCar

There are multiple ways to search for bookings in PoolCar. It really depends on what you are searching for.

 

The Booking Search is available to all System Admins and Pool Managers (for vehicles in the pools they are assigned to).

Users can filter by rego, driver, date range, pool and booking ID number.

Bookings can be edited and cancelled directly from this page.

Users can export the list to Excel

The Cancelled Booking Search is only available to System Admins.

Users can filter by rego, driver, date range, pool, booking ID number,and ‘cancelled by’ user.

Bookings can be reinstated directly from this page.

Who had it?

The Who had it? page is only available to System Admins.

Use this page to determine who had the vehicle at a particular date/time. Ideal for infringement notices.

Enter the rego and date (and time if known)

The results will show who had the vehicle based on:

  • Check Out/In (the most accurate record of who had the vehicle at the time)

  • Active Booking

  • Five bookings just prior to the date

  • (up to) Five bookings just after the date
