Removing vehicles from available to book in Pool Booking tab of Smartrak.
Pool vehicles become unavailable from time to time and need to be removed from being bookable Can be the vehicle is being replaced, has been in an accident or just a change of circumstances |

- The Pool Booking Admin is able to access the Admin section in Pool Booking tab, to make this change
- From the mapping screen, available at NZ Maps or AU Maps then go to Pool Booking icon
- Click on Admin, then Manage Plant.
- Click on the vehicle name you wish to change
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the down arrow in the Availability field. Will probably be showing Always, change this to None and click on Save.
- If there are bookings on this resource, they will be visible under 'Transfer Bookings' and you will be able to move them to another resource
