Notifications on service desk tickets

Enabling notifications via the Service Desk will ensure you do not miss an update or comment from Smartrak.

You can disable and enable notifications easily, by selecting either Don’t Notify Me or Get Notifications when in a ticket.

 

Follow the below instructions to check if you are not receiving notifications.

  • Navigate to your requests and locate and select the request you are receiving/not receiving notifications for.

  • Check this says "Don't notify me" as opposed to "Get Notifications" as this will determine whether Jira sends you notifications on the ticket or not.





 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • If this has been set up correctly and you are sill not receiving notifications, check your spam filter, your junk mail folder and your firewall, all can have an impact on your ability to receive Jira notifications.
