6. Click Mark as Deinstalled to finalise the Deinstallation Note Doing this will set the State of the asset to De-installed. If you want to remove the asset from Map User’s view, you need to tick “Unassign unit from all map users?”
This is how you remove a deinstalled resource from your users in bulk, you still need to raise a ticket in the Smartrak service desk for the actual deinstall to take place, to remove the asset from billing or to remove it from Admin.
