How to log a Deinstalled Resource to change the status on the map

To remove a Deinstalled Resource from your users' permissions and Map views
  1. Open your browser, go to the Smartrak Admin site and log in as normal
  2. Go to Resource Info on the left hand navigation menu
  3. Then to Log Deinstallation
  4. From this, you can pick a Resource by Name or by Registration
  5. You also have the option to remove the permissions for all Map Users

  6. Click Mark as Deinstalled to finalise the Deinstallation
