How do I provide multiple documents on Welcome Page

You may find yourself wondering how to provide multiple documents to Users on the Welcome Page - such as a Policy document and a Declaration form to sign, as PoolCar currently only allows the upload of a single document as a Driver Agreement Form.

An alternative for you is providing one to many links on the Welcome Page either in the Terms and Conditions section or in the information body of text. These files could be found on an internal intranet or externally through DropBox, Google Drive or any number of cloud storage opportunities, the only requirement is you'll need a URL you can hyperlink to.

Creating the Hyperlinks on the Welcome Page

In Terms and Conditions:

Under System Data navigate through to the Edit Content - Welcome Page T&C's page.
Enter in the appropriate text such as:
- "I hereby agree I have read the Company Policy and signed the accompanying declaration form. You can find the Company Policy here. You can find the Declaration Form here."
Select the text that will form a hyperlink.
1. For example: "You can find the ... here"
Click the Hyperlink button and enter the URL of the file --^
Repeat this for each link and then click Submit.

In Information body of text

Under Email & Page Templates navigate through to the Welcome Page Wording page.
Enter in the appropriate text such as:
- "I hereby agree I have read the Company Policy and signed the accompanying declaration form. You can find the Company Policy here. You can find the Declaration Form here."
Select the text that will form a hyperlink.
1. For example: "You can find the ... here"

Repeat this for each link and then click Save.
