Changing Email Domain Name

Use Change Email Domain Name, to change the email address domain name for all users of PoolCar, under the Utilities section of the SysAdmin Main Menu.

Enter the current domain name (without @) in the 'Search for domain' text field. Then enter the new domain name in the 'Replace with domain' text field. Click Search and Replace. 

Note: It is best to execute the domain name change at a time when your PoolCar system is quiet (ie. after hours) as this process can affect system performance.
