How to change booking colours

System administrators can set different colours for bookings on the availability calendar. This is especially helpful for organisations who use the Check In/Out feature

Colours can be set for:

  • Bookings not yet checked out

  • Bookings checked OUT - the driver had taken the keys, i.e. ‘In Progress’

  • Bookings checked IN - the driver has returned the keys, i.e. ‘Completed’

  • Maintenance Bookings - only bookings with the type 'Maintenance' or 'Servicing' (exact wording)

How to set the colours

  1. Navigate to Sysadmin > Main Menu

  2. Find and click ‘Booking Colours’ under the heading System Data

  3. Use the drop down boxes to select the overall background colour, booking header colour and the booking text colour

     

     

  4. Once you are happy with the selection, click ‘Save’

 

Things to note

  • For Maintenance or Servicing bookings, if the Booking Type label is changed to anything other than ‘Maintenance’ or ‘Servicing’ (i.e. ‘Vehicle Maintenance’, ‘Car Wash’ etc), this will block the Maintenance Booking colour function. The booking will then show as the regular booking colour
