Booking Report

The purpose of this report is to provide the functionality to download booking data, including fields which are hidden from the pool booking page on the map site.

Note that you may only search for non-recurring bookings, recurring instances that have been edited (such as having been checked out), and master recurrences of recurring bookings. However, master recurrences will not include information such as check in time, as they are not 'real' bookings.

How to download booking data

To go Reports > Booking Report

Enter the Booking Id or Id's (separated by commas)

Click Run Report

The excel file shows the following information;
- Booking Id
- Plant
- Recurring Type
- Recurrence Id
- Driver
- Booked On Behalf?
- Booking Status
- Created By
- Created On
- Start Time
- End Time
- Check Out Time
- Check Out User
- Check Out Type
- Check In Time
- Check In User
- Check In Type
- Cancelled By
- Cancelled On
- Approved By
- Approved On

Please note: The check in/out times are determined by the exit/enter geofence events unless the booking is checked out manually. For any queries regarding the system rules, please see our Pool Booking Administrators Guide
