How to run a Usage and Cost Report

• Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

• Navigate to Booking > Reports

• Report Type: Usage and Cost Report

Open

• Select the Date Range - this can also be set to show any future bookings

• Select Summarise by “Driver”

• Check the boxes for Bookings with following status Unapproved and approved

• Select individual vehicles or “Select All” depending on what resources are in question

Open

• Select Type of download – Using Excel allows you to be able manipulate filters to extract exactly what you want to see

• Select Run Report
