Fleet Utilisation Report
100% fleet utilisation is not possible, but most fleet managers concede that utilisation is far from ideal.
Maintaining fleets for ad hoc use by staff is often deemed a necessary, but inherently wasteful requirement.
Optimising fleet utilisation is about making the best use of what we have.

Fleet Utilisation Graph (2) Heat map, when more vehicles are selected, a longer reporting period is selected or when the heat map is forced in the report filtersThe graph displays concurrent vehicle usage in a ‘heat map’ style, with the darker the red the more concurrent usage and the darker the blue, the less concurrent usage |

Please note under the Business Hours User Profile as it relates to Geofences:The ‘Total % of time vehicle was in use’ is calculated on the following: "Business Hours Time" (trip time (key on/off) + time spent outside selected geofence/s) Divided by "Total Working Hours" (number of days x business hours in a day)
