Duplicate Regos on the Key Map in PoolCar

If you find that there are duplicate regos showing on the Key Map page in PoolCar (Sysadmin Menu > KeyMaster > Manage Keys)

This is caused by a key (rego) being added into a second Key Cabinet without it being permanently removed from the first cabinet.

The way to fix it is to:

  1. Locate the rego that exists in the other cabinet and permanently remove it

  2. Raise a ticket in the service desk https://smartrak.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3 and we can clean up the duplicate data from the database.
