Unlock User Account
A PoolCar user's account can become locked by the user entering an incorrect password a set number of times (4) or by an administrator manually locking their account.
As a PoolCar Sysadmin, you can unlock locked user’s account. Follow the instructions below to do this.

Go to Manage Users | |
Find the account you want to unlock; then click Edit | |
Click Reset Password | |
Provide the password to the user so they can login. They will need to change the password once they log in. | |
