Unlock User Account

As a PoolCar Administrator, you can unlock locked user’s account. Follow the instructions below to do this.

Go to Manage Users;

Find the account you want to unlock; Then click Edit

Click Reset Password

Provide the password to the user so s/he can login. S/he will need to change the password once s/he logs in.
