This usually happens when you open someone else booking as you don’t have access to that booking.
If you encounter this issue even if you are the driver of the booking (usually when the booking was done on behalf of driver), check that the driver details are correct. If some information is incorrect, the system thinks that this booking is for a different user and the booking won’t show under his/her account.
