Max Recurring Date limit being ignored

Situation

The Application Setting Bookings, max days into the future has been set to 30 days, but some users can still make recurring bookings beyond the 30 days

The max limit only applies to normal users - bookings created by campus admins and system admins do not obey the limit and therefore can book beyond the limit set
