What is Insights?

Smartrak Insights provides a suite of reports which immediately highlight key metrics and actionable insights within your mobile assets. The user can drill down on various dimensions to provide a deep understanding that can be used to make informed business decisions at a glance.

Additional Insights modules will be released over the coming months.

How to access Insights

The Smartrak Insights modules are accessed through the Smartrak App (map) websites.

Customers will not automatically have access and it will need to be enabled from Smartrak’s side. Please raise a ticket in the Smartrak service desk to enable Insights.

After logon, click the Insights icon as indicated below. Select Fleet Utilisation or Sustainability.

Why can I not see the Insights module?

You may need to have the Insights module enabled for your organisation manually.
