What is Insights? | Smartrak Insights provides a suite of reports which immediately highlight key metrics and actionable insights within your mobile assets. The user can drill down on various dimensions to provide a deep understanding that can be used to make informed business decisions at a glance. Additional Insights modules will be released over the coming months. |
How to access Insights | The Smartrak Insights modules are accessed through the Smartrak App (map) websites. Customers will not automatically have access and it will need to be enabled from Smartrak’s side. Please raise a ticket in the Smartrak service desk to enable Insights. NZ - https://app.smartrak.co.nz/ AU - https://app.smartrak.com.au/ After logon, click the Insights icon as indicated below. Select Fleet Utilisation, Sustainability or Driver Safety
