Can't access New Bookings page

When your user's are unable to access the New Bookings page and clicking on the appropriate link returns them to the My Bookings page, you may have encountered the following known bug:

Aberrant interaction with Priority Claims and Custom Booking Fields

  • When a Priority Claim will be shown on the New Bookings calendar and the Custom Booking Fields are being shown on the calendar there is an unfortunate bug that prevents that page from loading.

  • A temporary work-around is to turn off custom fields on the booking form through the Application Setting - Bookings on the calendar should display values of custom fields.
