How do I Check Out/Check In from a mobile device?

If mobile check in/out is enabled on your PoolCar you can commence and complete your reservations from your mobile device.

Simply enter the URL for your organisation's PoolCar site into the browser on your Android or IOS device. The server will detect the request has come from a mobile device and present a mobile-friendly view of PoolCar.

Checking out on the mobile site

The next booking will be displayed at the top

Select 'Check Out'

Select ‘Check Out Now'

Checking in on a mobile device

Select ‘Check In’

Fill in any necessary blank fields and select ‘Check In Now'
