Limiting how far into the future recurring bookings can be made (Max days of booking)

By default, recurring bookings cannot be made more than 90 days into the future. Note that the system will calculate the number of days set from today until the Start date of the booking.

This can be altered via the Sysadmin page by following these steps

  1. Go to Sysadmin and click ‘Application Settings’ under ‘Account Settings’

  2. Scroll down to the setting Bookings, max days into the future in the Bookings group

  3. Enter the number of days you wish to change it to

  4. Click ‘Save’

  1. Maximum duration of a booking for non-admins (in hours)

By default, this is set to 0 (no limit). Use this setting to limit the duration of bookings from Start to End date

This can be altered via the Sysadmin page by following these steps

  1. Go to Sysadmin and click ‘Application Settings’ under ‘Account Settings’

  2. Scroll down to the setting Maximum duration of a booking for non-admins in the Bookings group

  1. Enter the number of hours you wish to change it to, e.g. 7 days = 168 hours

  2. Click ‘Save’
