How do I add a watcher to a Service Desk request?

To add watchers to a request

  1. Log into the Service Desk and select 'Requests' in the top right corner



2. Select the ticket you wish to share with someone from the list 


3. Select 'Share' on the right hand side of the ticket 


4. Type the email address of the person you wish to share the ticket with in the box.

  • If they are already a user, their account will show in the drop down. Alternatively, if they are not a user, you will be given the open to select their email and invite them to use the Service Desk


5. Once you have selected all email addresses you wish to share the ticket with, click 'Add' - This will add them to the list, and send an email to them to invite them to view the ticket




  • If you cannot find a response to your query please raise a ticket in the Service Desk
