- Add a new comment to an existing Support Request
How do I add a comment on my Service Desk request? |

- Click on 'Requests' and select 'Created by me' or 'All' depending on whether you are part of an organisation in Jira that links all of your users together under one organisation.
- Under Requests you can select the request you want to comment on, by selecting the relevant CSD number
- When one of the Support Team replies you will receive a notification via email similar to the one below
- You can either reply above the line to the email which will send a comment to the ticket, or you can log in to the portal to view all comments and reply via the comment box
