KeyMaster Warranty Information

Warranty information*

All KeyMaster cabinets are sold with a 1-year warranty included in the price.

The warranty includes all components of the cabinet but excludes damage due to the misuse of the cabinet (if this can be clearly identified).

Smartrak will supply all replacement hardware and cover the cost of a preferred Installer to fix the issue on-site if possible. If the cabinet cannot be repaired on-site then Smartrak will cover the cost of shipping the cabinet back to the supplier.

The replacement of hardware parts does not extend the warranty of the KeyMaster.
