Help - I've forgotten my KeyMaster pin!

Don’t panic!

If you have forgotten your KeyMaster Administrator pin, please raise a ticket in the Smartrak service desk here and our Technical Services team can reset your pin.

Remember to take note of the pin number and keep it somewhere safe!

 

CX: Consult the KeyMaster Troubleshoot Guide - Technical Services - Confluence (atlassian.net) and look for the section “Client has forgotten the cabinet PIN code” at the bottom of the guide.
