URGENT: Mains power lost at KeyMaster unit 'XXXXXX'

An email is sent to all Sysadmins from the PoolCar site when it doesn't receive any communication from the cabinet, this could be due to the mains power being lost on a KeyMaster and it is running on battery-backup or a networking outage.

The email will come from the PoolCar System Email address (configured in Application Settings) which is normally noreply@poolcar.com

The most likely reasons are either the unit has been unplugged from the wall, a circuit-breaker has been tripped or a network outage.

Often the outage will only be temporary, but please check the unit to have power reinstated and double check all network settings are configured correctly as per KeyMaster Required Network Permissions .

The emails will be sent every 15 minutes whilst the power is still out.

Note: Battery backup will last 4-12 hours depending on usage, charge level and environmental factors.
