How to report on selected events for selected resources over a given period (up to 7 days)

How to run the Activity Report

Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)
Navigate to the Reports
Select Activity Report from the drop down menu

Select the Type - One-off Report or Saved Report
Select required Date Range. This can be run for 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'Last Week', or you can select your own custom date range using the 'Custom' button and selecting from the pop-up calendar, please note that the date range most be less than or equal to 7 days.
Select the Business Hours. This can be All Day, 8am-5pm, 9am-5pm or you can select your own custom business hours using the 'Custom' button and selecting a Start and End time.
Select the Event Type/s you wish to report on. This can include every single event that has been generated by your resources:

For example, if you wish to report on Geofence Overspeeding events and you have followed the process to create a Speed Limited Geofence (How to create a Geofence) and you now wish to report on any overspeeding that has subsequently taken place within that geofence, you would select the event type - In Geofence Overspeed.

Select Show Lat/Lon if you wish to see this displayed on the report
Chose Selection Mode - Individual Resources or Resource Groups
Select the Resources by clicking on them one by one, or Select All
You can View Report in the browser, or select Download Report to export an excel spreadsheet with the data

How to Read the Activity Report

Reported fields include:

Resource Name, Rego
Date & Time
Icon
Status
Odometer (km)
Speed (km/h)
Address
Latitude
Longitude
Extra Info (Wil show Geofence name)
Actions - can click to view on Smartrak App
