How to Schedule a Standard Report

• Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

• Navigate to Reports

Open

• Select a Report from the drop down list - refer to https://smartrak.atlassian.net/wiki/x/FIBD to understand the purpose of each report

Open

• Change Type to "Saved Report"
  
  

• Edit the Report Name to make it easy to identify - eg Weekly Vehicle Behaviour

• Select On to enable the automatic emailing of the report, and here you can edit when the report is emailed to you

• Select the Date Range for the report - Previous Day, Week or Month

• Select the "Selection Mode" - reports can be configured to run on Individual Resources or Groups of Resources.
  NOTE: If you are saving the report as a Scheduled report. It is highly recommended that you Select “Groups” unless you only want to report on a specific asset. Selecting Groups of vehicles will mean that as newly purchased vehicles that get added to the selected groups, they will automatically appear in future scheduled reports.

• Click Save Report to set this up as a scheduled report

Please note that if you have multiple reports scheduled, they will be sent in a single email with the reports attached.

The email will come from reports@smartrak.co.nz or reports@smartrak.com.au

If you want to edit any of these details in the future, such as adding or removing vehicles from the report.

• Select the View Saved Reports link at the top of the reports page and then click on the appropriate report to edit it.
