Fuel Usage Report

The Fuel Usage Report produces a summary of the selected vehicles' fuel usage, and their fuel cost over the selected date range.

Note: An asterisk (marked by red arrow in report example below) indicates that the fuel period overlaps the start or end date of the report.

How the report works

The following fields are reported on:

• Resource Name

• Registration

• Fuel Period Start

• Fuel Period End

• Key On Duration

• Idle Duration

• Idle %

• Distance Travelled

• Fuel Used

• Cost $

• L/Key On Hour

• L/100km

• Make

• Model
