Driver Trip Report **NEW**

The Driver Trip Report shows each key on/trip start and key off/ trip end period & location, distance travelled and idle time with driver information supplied from Assigned drivers, Checked In bookings in Smartrak Pool Booking, PoolCar or Driver Login period from ibutton or the Smartrak Identify App.

How to run the Driver Trip Report

 

  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to Reports

  • Select Driver Trip Report from the drop down menu

  • Select One-off Report or Saved Report

  • Select required Date Range. This can be run for 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'Last Week', 'Last Month', 'This Year', or you can select your own custom date range using the 'Custom' button and selecting from the pop-up calendar

  • If required, select Show Daily Totals

  • If required, select Show Odo Readings

  • If required, select Show Data With No Driver Recorded - when this option is selected the report will show data where no driver was recorded

  • Select the driver/s you wish to report on (you can chose to include Username or not)

  • You can choose to View Report in the browser, or select 'Download Report' to export an excel spreadsheet with the data

How to Read the Driver Trip Report

 

Report will show the following fields:

By Driver Name (if you have chosen to include trips with no driver recorded then there will be another heading (No driver recorded) which will show all trips without a driver

Date

Resource Name

Rego

Key On/Trip Start Time

Key Off/Trip Stop Time

Duration (hh:mm)

Trip Distance (km)

Idle Duration (hh:mm)

Average Speed (km/h)

Start Address

End Address

Actions - Can click link to view on trip on Smartrak App
